1. About Cyborg
Cyborg provides calisthenics training, coaching, classes, events, trials, memberships, and related services in Cairo, Egypt. Website content is provided for general service information and operational convenience.
2. Using the website

- Use the website only for lawful purposes and legitimate interaction with Cyborg.
- Keep account credentials and private booking-management links secure.

3. Accounts and bookings
A booking request is not guaranteed until the website or Cyborg staff confirms it. Availability, eligibility, capacity, schedule changes, branch requirements, and applicable service terms may affect a booking. You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation and notifying us promptly of errors.
Trial and training bookings may also be governed by the terms presented during booking, including thecurrent Cyborg booking terms.
4. Health and physical activity
Calisthenics and physical training involve inherent risks. Website information is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Tell your coach about relevant injuries, symptoms, limitations, or medical advice before participating. Stop activity and seek appropriate assistance if you experience concerning symptoms.
5. Payments, cancellations, and changes
Any price, payment schedule, cancellation rule, refund condition, expiry, class credit, or membership condition presented at checkout, in a signed agreement, or in service-specific terms applies to that transaction. Cyborg may correct obvious errors and will communicate material schedule or booking changes through the available contact details.
6. Communications
When you make a booking or create an account, you agree to receive operational communications reasonably required to provide the service, such as confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, security messages, and responses to your enquiries. Optional marketing communications can be stopped through the relevant channel or by contacting us.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Cyborg name, branding, website design, text, graphics, training materials, photographs, videos, software, and other original content belong to Cyborg or are used with permission. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, modify, or exploit protected material without permission.
